3,500 tenants live in 1,500 apartments
Jugendwohnnetz Juwo enables young people who are pursuing their studies or an apprenticeship to live in affordable accommodation during their period of study.
Juwo rents and purchases dwellings and leads the way for the intermediate use of properties. In partnership with housing cooperatives, real estate agencies and private home owners, we manage properties from single apartments to housing developments.
The not-for-profit organisation has more than 20 employees and was founded in 1983.
